Train To Tend Express uses interactive learning elements to engage trainees... ...present essential information, and provide opportunities to apply responsible marijuana vendor skills while receiving feedback. These elements include the following:
At the end of Module 3, trainees take a final exam containing 30 questions covering the entire Train To Tend Express training content (10 questions per module). Trainees must answer 70% (21 of 30) of the questions correctly to pass the course. Trainees can take the final exam twice before having to retake the entire course. Each time a trainee takes a quiz or the final exam, questions are selected at random from question banks. |

It will be implemented and evaluated in a randomized trial enrolling retail marijuana outlets in Oregon as an optional alternative to the full version. |
